We are a small family & friends run company, based at home. We only manage a handful properties most of which belong to either ourselves, friends or family and in doing so we manage all of our properties as if they were our own.
We specialise in student lets and shared accommodation within the Cardiff area and have properties ranging from 2 - 6 beds. We can let on room only, month by month, complete houses, excluding bills or inclusive of bills.
We live locally and can therefore provide a 24 hr Emergency cover, so we are always there if you need us.
We have been managing properties within Cardiff for over 20 years and are members of the Guild of Residential landlords and Cardiff’s Landlord Forum.
