| Hi there,
It's a pleasure to leave first positive feedback for AJM Property Management :) As a teenant I have to admit, that Andy and Ruth Mangion provide a very high quality of service. Before I left Poland I booked the room on the internet and asked them to send me a few photos of the house, which I got immediately - everything went well without any problems. Because I study IT on the internet, I asked Andy to put me in the house with internet access. Now I'm living in the very nice house with wireless internet and I have to say that my room is even better than on the photos! I asked for extra shelves and a bigger wardrobe for my room, which was sorted out after a few days.
From my experience with other landlords I can say, that most of them just take care about collecting the rent and don't do anything for their teenants. I'm happy that finally I'm with reliable and helpful landlords :) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AJM Property Management to anyone who's looking for rooms in Cardiff.
